Elementary parents and students, after you meet your teacher, come outside and meet the principals!
STUDENT DRIVERS
Please bring updated copies of your driver's license and insurance to meet the teacher. Driver's form will also need to be signed by student drivers and their parents. Parking tags will be assigned when all forms and copies are received. Students will not be able to drive on campus if these things are not taken care of.

**Elementary students may bring school supplies and leave them in their classrooms.
**If registration packets are not turned in, students will not receive schedules and will not be allowed to start school. (We have contacted families that have not turned in packets)
Students who need to take a STAAR EOC test and are not scheduled for tomorrow, please be at the school by 8:00 am tomorrow morning or email Mrs. Bruton to schedule a session. Pbruton@chesterisd.com
School offices will be closed tomorrow, June 17th. Power will be off to the school while electricity is being hooked up for the dollar store.

State Game Update 2:
1st game will be 11:00 am. Our game is officially at 3 pm.
State Game Update: The first game is being moved back to noon. We will start one hour after that game concludes; between 2:30 and 3:00.
The state baseball game ahead of ours, that was supposed to start at 9 am will be delayed. We are unsure if it will move our game back, but we will relay information as soon as we have it.

Chester Baseball will be playing Ira at 12 pm Wednesday, June 5th for the State Semifinals.
For those who ordered cheer sponsor shirts, Amanda will be at the school tomorrow, May 30th from 3 pm until 4 pm to pass out shirts.

ATTENTION CURRENT 8th GRADE PARENTS: REQUIRED MEETING

ATTENTION PARENTS: Registration packets for the 24-25 school year are being sent home with students today. All students who will be attending Chester ISD for the 24-25 school year are required to complete registration packets prior to the first day of school on August 7th, 2024. A child will not be enrolled to attend, will not receive a schedule, and will not be picked up by buses or allowed to be dropped off until registration packets are completed and turned in to the High School office. Please fill these out and send them back by May 22, 2024.
Chester ISD will not have school today, May 13th. We have been in contact with Entergy. They will not have power on at the school by 10 a.m. and do not have an ETA of when we will. The creeks are tough for them to navigate. We are sorry for the inconvenience and we will see all of you tomorrow.
